SL series full automatic corner pasting machine is controlled by PLC programmable control,humanized operation interface,servo motor drive with one time complete carton four angle adhesion. Machine with the features of one worker operation,auto feeding and delivery.It is very easy to change order by touch screen to input data and adjustment(nearly ten minutes),the production of one day is twenty five thousand to thirty five thousand which has wide application range,easy operation, high speed and high durability.

Wide application range:Min size 320mmx360mmx100mm(SL 360 ) 40mmx50mmx10mm (SL 500).
Machine with special design of height box second angle pasting,no need to worry about angle break.
Machine with special design of anti-EMI which makes machine normal working on strong anti-EMI to make sure high efficiency production.

We have two feeding type by feeder one and belt one.

Heating system adopt Germany brand PLC with the features of low power consumption(18w/p*4p) and sooner heating up with five minutes.
 
     
All transmission guide and ball screw uses well-known brand to ensure long life span and high precision.
Air cylinder and magnetic valve uses taiwan AIRTAC brand, Working times (2000km) 
The length of tape can be adjusted on touch screen to input data with the features of convenient operation.
